This place SUCKS! Poor service! The guy just sits on his phone and you have to ask for a refill as well as napkins. Food is terrible. Ordered a #11 & my significant other got really sick & im feeling the same. Never going there again. Done recommend this place at all!

Food is not bad but service seriously lacking. I specifically asked for no cilantro. After a long wait, the waiter brings me the Pho with cilantro and ask me what he should do, then he goes "you can pick it out." I said no. He hesitates and made it awkward and take the food back. We then asked for lime and he takes 2 tiny pieces out... haha no way bro

Better then before. Not getting enough business tho. I think the phone number listed is off. Go in ti get the right one and fresh food

Incredible food, terrible customer service

Service is bad, food takes forever even when ordering takeout, it's not clean (garbage on the floor, bugs in the windowsill). Also there's no music playing so it's really quiet and awkward in there. There's a loud buzzing (I'm guessing air conditioning or something) but no music. I haven't even eaten yet and I'm writing this review. Not coming here again.

Their combination beef, chicken, pork, shrimp fried rice is the best I've ever eaten. The staff is very friendly.

I couldn't tell you if the food was good or not, we we're in there for 1.5 hours and didn't receive any food. Also it took them 30 minutes to even bring us our drinks, which they didn't get right. You couldn't tell if the soda was even what you ordered, and as a type 1 diabetic that's pretty important so I'm not getting loaded with sugar. The waiter was very unpersonable and crouchy. Lastly there are no prices anywhere so you have no idea what your bill would be, if you ever got your food. Would not go back.

I can't believe I haven't tried this until today. Their pho is to die for and the boba tea is delicious! I would give it a try... They even have delivery ☺️✨

I tried their shrimp fried rice, it was super nice! It tasted almost like what I used to eat in Vietnam. The food made me miss my hometown and the owner was friendly and nice like it made me feel like I belong in their neighbourhood. I recommend this place and would come back again!

I have had the pho which is very good, I had a lo mein last night which was very, very flavorful. The only thing not good about it were the noodles which were very mushy. Other than that everything else I’ve had there has been wonderful!! Hoping it was just a bad night last night. Thanks for reopening this restaurant!

Food was OK. If there was any service I would say it was greatly lacking. Also took forever to get your food.

This place should be inspected for hygiene ASAP. The owner reuses the cups all the time without drying them. Used cups are sit on the sink filled with water people drank. They are full of germs. After getting the drink order, he briefly washes the cups with tap water and rubs with a rug which is used over and over. Then your drink is served.I've heard stories about bugs from my friends too, but the first-hand experience is enough to depict this place.

I tried this place for the first time today (take out, of course), and I got the large shrimp pho and it was fantastic! It was the perfect hangover cure, and the woman that took my order was so sweet. I'll definitely come back.

The food has great flavors. The sweet and sour chicken is called dragon chicken...its spicey hot! Great stuff! GPS couldnt find addess ... it is north of Centurytel and Wells Fargo. Good prices. 501 1st Street NW .. Not 1st Avenue.

Best Fou in town, ask for the chilli oil for a little extra spice. Their lunch special is worth getting!

You come for the food, not for the service. Seems to be the mentality of the place. But they do have some of the best Asian dishes I have ever had!

Same name, new owners, different recipes than before. The service is a lot better than under the previous ownership but the food doesn't compare. Came in a week after they opened and a good portion of what was on the menu was no longer available, the fact that all but one vermicelli dish is not available was disheartening. The spring rolls are more of the size of traditional egg rolls compared to the previous owner's larger spring rolls. May come back to try the pho.
